The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for the construction of approximately 50,111 feet of 4-strand high tensile energized (electric) wire fence with steel posts, including all associated gates, braces, and corners for cattle management within the Winter Wildlife Management Area in Altona Township, Pipestone County. The project scope includes labor, equipment, materials, tools, herbicide, transportation, incidentals, energizer systems supply, fence line preparation, and removal of existing fencing. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by April 16, 2026, and must include a completed Price Schedule attachment.
