This procurement seeks passenger transportation services for the U.S. Tri-Mission in Vienna, Austria. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State / U.S. Tri-Mission Vienna - Contracting office at Boltzmanngasse 16, Vienna, Austria - Products and Services Requested: - Passenger transportation services with vehicles and drivers for official visits and events - Vehicle types and estimated annual usage: - Sedans (minimum 2-litre engine, four-door, Mercedes E or equivalent): 150 hours/year - Vans (minimum 8 passengers): 600 hours/year - SUVs (minimum 2-litre engine, four-door, 4x4, minimum 150 kW): 50 hours/year - All vehicles must include fuel, maintenance, insurance, and communication equipment - Services include managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, 24-hour dispatcher, and vehicle servicing - Unique or Notable Requirements: - At least 5 permanently hired, security-cleared drivers and at least 6 directly registered vehicles - Ability to scale up to 100 vehicles/drivers for large events, with a dedicated dispatcher for operations involving more than 10 vehicles/drivers - Drivers must be regularly trained, professionally dressed (suits and ties), and display good manners - Vehicles must be clean, well-maintained, and promptly replaced if needed - Contractor must provide a minimum of 15 employee names for security clearance - Services must be available for both routine and large-scale events, with 24-hour dispatcher support - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; Mercedes E or equivalent is cited as a reference vehicle - Contract Structure: - Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract - One base year with two one-year option periods - Pricing in EUR plus 10% VAT; minimum order EUR 1,000, maximum EUR 100,000 per period - Place of Performance: - U.S. Tri-Mission Vienna facilities, including Motorpool at Breitenfeldergasse 11, Vienna

Description

The contractor shall perform passenger transportation services through providing drivers and vehicles (mainly high level Sedans and Vans) to support the transportation needs of the U.S. Tri-Mission in Vienna. The Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity type contract will be for one base year and two option years, if exercised by the Government. Transportation needs can range from 1 passenger (needing 1 vehicle) for 1 ride up to 100 vehicles/drivers at the same time (in case of a large visit) for up to 3 weeks. Contractor should have at least 5 permanently hired drivers and at least 6 directly registered vehicles. Contractor shall be able to provide minimum 15 employee names (drivers and dispatcher) for security clearance and also be able to arrange for as many vehicles and drivers as needed for large visits. Drivers shall be regularly trained in safe driving practices, shall show good manners and have to be dressed properly (Suit and tie). Vehicles have to be clean and in good condition.  If more than 10 vehicles/drivers are used at the same time, company shall provide a dedicated dispatcher during requested hours.
