THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SOF Landing, LLC under the authority implemented in FAR Subpart 12 for the procurement and delivery of Caprine.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 112420 Goat Farming, with a small business size standard of $2.5 million. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is 6910 Training Aids.

Any other responsible vendor believing they have the capability of meeting the requirement may submit their capabilities to include technical documentation to establish the potential of meeting the Government’s needs. To be considered, any such documentation shall be submitted via email to the Points of Contact listed with this notice by Thursday, 02 April 2026, 5:00 PM EST. Extensions will not be granted. A determination not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether bona fide competition exists. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
