Description

Nasdaq PHLX LLC proposes to extend the termination date for its dedicated GPS antenna service, which allows co-located customers to synchronize their time systems to the U.S. Government's GPS network time. Originally scheduled for termination on April 1, 2026, the Exchange now proposes to extend this date to April 30, 2026, due to delays in completing the new shared GPS network infrastructure. The extension allows customers additional time to transition to the shared GPS antenna service. The dedicated GPS antenna service is voluntary, and customers may terminate it at any time before the new termination date.
