Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce has extended the deadline for importers of fresh tomatoes from Mexico intended for processing to fulfill certification requirements. This extension applies to tomatoes entered for processing on or after February 18, 2026, and before April 15, 2026. Importers must complete, sign, date, and upload the required certification forms to the document imaging system by May 15, 2026. After April 15, 2026, certifications must be submitted at the time of entry summary filing.
