Description
The Department of the Interior is reversing its January 13, 2025 decision to acquire 68.60 acres of land known as the Shiloh Parcel in Sonoma County, California, in trust for the Koi Nation of Northern California. This reversal follows a September 30, 2025 court ruling that invalidated the trust land acquisition. The Department is removing the land from trust status and returning all rights and interests to Sonoma Rose LLC in fee simple. This action affects land intended for gaming and other purposes.
