Description

The Connecticut Department of Correction is seeking proposals for a project to evaluate and strengthen the Agency’s PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) and sexual abuse prevention and response procedures, with a focus on women’s correctional facilities. The evaluation will assess compliance with PREA standards and examine the effectiveness of hiring practices, evidence-based training, assessment, reporting, and response practices related to sexual abuse and harassment.
