The City of Burnaby is seeking a qualified Human Resources consulting firm to provide strategic workforce planning and recruitment advisory services from 2026 to 2028. The consultant will assist with long-range workforce planning, staffing model development, recruitment sequencing, and labour market strategy design in preparation for upcoming recreation facility openings. The City will continue to manage transactional HR functions such as job evaluation, recruitment processing, and labour relations.
