Description
The Embassy of the United States in Senegal will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The Embassy of the United States in Dakar, SENEGAL intends to launch a solicitation for Mobile phone services. The firm is required to provide mobile phone services and data solutions. Services include but are not limited to voice, data and roaming service for SENEGAL and Worldwide.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
