Chesapeake Public Schools is soliciting proposals for audiological services including hearing screening, audiological evaluation, tympanometry, FM/Assistive Listening Device consultation and fitting, earmolds, electroacoustic analysis, minor on-site repairs, otoacoustic emission testing, telephone consultation, replacement batteries, equipment repairs and warranties, and ordering of FM/ALD equipment and hearing aids.
