Description

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to procure Operating Room Laparoscopic Towers using a Consortia Contract under New York State Finance Law, Section 163(3)(vi), allowing use of a consortium contract without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who can provide these products or approved equivalents are invited to discuss the opportunity with the contract officer prior to the due date. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139 j&k (Lobbying Law), restricting contact to the designated officer. The contract term is expected to be 7 years.
