This opportunity seeks a contractor to support the Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE) with comprehensive training course development and maintenance services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DE&C) - Products and Services Requested: - Maintain and update six existing ASAE training courses - Develop up to one new training course per year for the base period and first three option years (no new course in option year 4) - Deliver up to 18 training classes per fiscal year, both in-person and online, at various CONUS and OCONUS locations - Maintain a secure, GovCloud-capable Learning Management System (LMS) supporting up to 3,000 students, including administration and registrar coordination - Provide key personnel: Program Manager, Course Developer, LMS Administrator, Senior Instructors - Deliver monthly status reports, semi-annual course reviews, and end-of-course summary reports - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Training must augment, not duplicate, the existing War Security Cooperation University (WSCU) curriculum - All class schedules and student sizes require DASA DE&C approval - Contractor must comply with security and quality standards for both classroom and online environments - Services must be available at multiple Army and federal locations, including Redstone Arsenal and Aberdeen Proving Grounds - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - The opportunity is set aside for 8A businesses
Description
The Contractor shall develop all new training requirements for the Army Security Assistance program and maintain and update the current course curriculum. Courses shall be conducted in either a classroom environment or as an online capability. The contractor shall ensure all training is complementary to and augments the existing DoW War Security Cooperation University (WSCU) curriculum and is not duplicative. Training may vary depending on the Army command or the organization's mission. DASA DE&C will approve the yearly class schedule and student size for each offering.
