Workforce Solutions Borderplex is seeking qualified vendors to design and deliver interactive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive Job Readiness Workshops for youth and young adults aged 14–24. These workshops are part of the NextForce Career Coaching Model, which integrates work experience, career coaching, and structured reflection to prepare participants for internships and career-aligned employment. The workshops will cover key employability skills such as communication, professionalism, career exploration, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and job search strategies, primarily delivered in person and aligned with internships lasting 220-480 hours. Vendors must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and cohort sizes to enhance participants' confidence, persistence, and readiness for unsubsidized employment.
