The Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources, Division of Libraries, Archives & Museums (DLAM), is soliciting proposals for Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity and dedicated broadband internet services to support all Virgin Islands Public Library System facilities. The services must comply with federal E-Rate Program requirements and include fiber-based WAN with minimum 100 Mbps per site scalable to 2 Gbps, and dedicated internet access at two Network Operations Centers.
