NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella is seeking janitorial services for multiple Navy facilities at Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella in Catania, Italy. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, Naval Regional Contracting Center Detachment - Facilities Requiring Service: - Building 318 (Post Office, NAS 1) - Building 537 (NAVSUP FLC-SI Headquarters, NAS 2) - Building 720 (Site Sigonella including Post Office, NAS 2) - Building 1020 (HAZMAT Center, NAS 2) - Services Requested: - Comprehensive janitorial cleaning, including: - Floor maintenance - Trash and recycling removal - Window and carpet cleaning - High-touch point disinfection - Elevator and stairwell cleaning - Pressure washing - Eyewash station maintenance - Urgent cleaning response - Compliance with strict performance and safety standards - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies - Contract Structure: - Base period of 9 months, with a 12-month option period (total up to 21 months) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Site visits to all facilities are encouraged - Contractor must comply with detailed performance and safety requirements - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are referenced; procurement is strictly for janitorial services

NAVSUP FLC-SI facilities are located at two (2) different geographical areas and it is highly encouraged to schedule a site visit to see the facilities listed above.
