THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.
1. BRIEF SUMMARY OF WORK: Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Okinawa is seeking the information for qualified sources capable of providing a Deutz D2011L04i (XED Version) replacement engine for an Ultimate Building Machine (UBM). The scope of work includes:
Procurement: Delivery of one (1) new replacement engine meeting full OEM specifications. Services: Professional installation, operational testing, and system calibration at Camp Shields, Okinawa. Training: Technical operational and maintenance training for Government personnel. Logistics: Management of international shipping, 24/7 tracking, and core deposit/return processing.
2. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS): The designated NAICS code is 333618 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 employees.
3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested vendors are requested to provide a Capability Statement including the following:
