Description

This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price supply contract to purchase for 3000 kg carry capacity Maintenance Utility Truck and 3500 kg carrying capacity Maintenance Cargo Truck in support of DPW, USAG-Japan. The anticipated award date is on or about 30 Apr 2026 (subject to change).

Description of the requirement: The contractor shall provide the maintenance truck utility and maintenace cargo truck including transportation and any additional equipment or materials necessary to deliver the required products.

Note 1: This procurement will be performed entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses work in the country of Japan
