The Department of Labor (DOL), on behalf of The Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Apprenticeship

(OA) has a requirement for Growing Quality Registered Apprenticeship Programs Through Industry Intermediaries as defined in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP).

The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods.

Proposals received after this date and time will be considered late and will not be considered for evaluation. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government.
