This procurement supports the 2026 Wings Over Solano Air Show at Travis Air Force Base and seeks aviation fuel and related services: - Government Buyer: - 60th Contracting Squadron (60 CONS LGC), Air Mobility Command, Department of the Air Force, Travis AFB, California - Products and Quantities: - 4,000 gallons of 100 Low Lead (100LL) aviation fuel - One road-legal aircraft refueling truck capable of transporting and dispensing 100LL fuel - Services Requested: - On-call additional fuel service for supplemental needs during the event - Provision of personnel and equipment to support refueling operations - Unique Requirements: - Delivery and operations must occur on Travis Air Force Base during the airshow event - Contractor must provide a refueling truck and be able to supply additional fuel on-call if required - Security and government escort will be provided on base - Operational hours are specified as 0800-1700 daily during the event - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Travis Air Force Base, California (350 Hangar Avenue, Bldg 549, Travis AFB, CA 94535) - Set-Aside: - 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside

Description

The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide 4,000 Gal of 100 LL Fuel in support of the 2026 Wings Over Solano Air Show. See attachments for Statement of Work for exact type and quantities. There is a detailed description of the delivery requirement for this contract. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement.
