Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services is provided to advise that the Government intends to solicit a firm-fixed price purchase order, for Mental Health Over Door Alarm System and Installation to detect and notify caregivers of potential acts of self-harm when a door is used as a ligature point within its Mental Health Inpatient Wings.
This is a 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Your response should include a STATEMENT OF CAPABLILITY, GSA SCHEDULE INFORMATION, DUNS#, BUSINESS SIZE, AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO CONTRACT FOR ANY SUPPLY OR SERVICE. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INCURRED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION.
