THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICICATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN RFO FAR 12.202(b), AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.  OFFEROR TO COMPLETE BLOCKS 9, 12,13,15,16, and 17.

The priced proposal must be received by the closing date and time set for receipt of quotes.
