The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston VA Medical Center (NCO 1), is seeking qualified vendors to supply and install a MAVIG Surgical Light LED YLED-3F with HD wireless camera and remote control for the renovation of the Electrophysiology Lab. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 01 (NCO 1), Boston VA Medical Center - OEM Highlight: - MAVIG is the specified manufacturer for the surgical light and accessories - Products/Services Requested: - 1 MAVIG Light LED YLED-3F with Portegra2 extension/spring arm, 750/910 mm (Power Supply Unit: 7110012, 190 W, 100-230 VA) - 1 HD Wireless Camera with remote control for YLED-2F, 3F - Delivery and installation, including mounting to Philips-provided MAVIG PTZTS58E Portegra2 Set, Rail+Trolley, and PORT2 Cable Spooler 250CM - Labor and travel for installation (2 Field Service Engineers, 1.5 hours each plus travel) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - The surgical light must be compatible with and mounted to an existing Philips-provided MAVIG rail/trolley system - Installation must be performed by qualified personnel - The procurement is for supplies and installation only; no service contract or maintenance is specified - Place of Performance/Delivery: - West Roxbury VA Medical Center, 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132-4927 - Period of Performance: - 120 calendar days after contract award

SOURCES SOUGHT PURPOSE: The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is for market research purposes, to locate Qualified and Interested Vendors capable of providing supplies described below in the Work and Product Description sections.  

WORK DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 1), Boston VAMC, intends to start renovations to the Electrophysiology Lab to replace its Philips fluoroscopy system. The lab currently has a ceiling-track mounted MAVIG Y LED 1F surgical light. This requirement is for a MAVIG Surgical Light LED YLED-3F with HD wireless camera is required to be installed and mounted to a second set of rails/trolley. see attached document for full details
