Acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement. Delivery schedule: Submission of Certification Data CDRLs: on or before 20 days prior to scheduled delivery. PNSY review/acceptance of Certification CDRLs: 30 working days after receipt. Final delivery: on or before 365 days after effective contract date. Contracts awarded will be DO rated orders certified for national defense use under DPAS. Access to drawings requires request on SAM.gov and email to Primary POC.

Scope The material covered in this contract/purchase order will be used in a crucial shipboard system. Incorrect or defective material could cause serious injury, loss of life, or loss of the ship. Therefore, the material is designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material (Level I) with special control procedures.

Applicable Documents Order of precedence: Contract text takes precedence over references/drawings unless superseded by law. Specification revisions listed under "Documents References" are preferred. Material for Parts Requiring Certification: Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis required for parts unless stated otherwise. Testing Certification: Certifications required for specified tests; additional testing per applicable drawings/specifications. Inspection: O-ring grooves and sealing surfaces inspected per drawings/specifications or General Acceptance Criteria (GAC) standard. Thread Inspection: All threads inspected per FED-STD-H28 series or commercial equivalent ASME B1 series. Welding or Brazing: Must comply with specified standards; procedures and qualification data submitted for approval prior to work. Certificate of Compliance: Contractor must certify items comply with procurement documents and specifications. Configuration Control: Contractor maintains equipment baseline configuration; waivers/deviations require Contracting Officer approval. Mercury Free: Mercury and compounds must not be added or contact hardware; contamination causes rejection.
