Montgomery VAMC, 011 Honor Heights Drive Muskogee, OK 74401. The VistA Chemotherapy Manager medium hospital annual limited software license is used by Pharmacy, Specialty Medicine, and Patient Care Services to improve patient safety by preventing medication errors. This software is focused on patient safety and ensures that order sets are integrated, complete and that dosing is appropriate; it is classified as a life-critical system.
