Description

This is a sources sought notice for information and acquisition planning purposes. This is not a request for proposal (RFP) and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue an RFP, contract, or order. The Government will not pay for any effort expended or any material provided in response to this announcement, nor will the Government return any data provided.

Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is contemplating a single-award, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the requirement specified in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Level-of-Effort (LOE) Table.

The applicable NAICS code is 541330 - Engineering Services. All support services shall be provided in the San Diego, CA metropolitan area unless other locations are specifically authorized.

Travel to Japan, Hawaii and other CONUS Naval installations is anticipated. 

This is a follow-on requirement to SWRMC Task Order N00178-04-D-4042-N5523617F3001 and the incumbent is Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc.

Submittal Requirements:

1) Name of Company; Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, UEI Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8 (a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.); Company's technical capabilities.

2) Interested contractors should submit a capabilities statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability to perform the services described herein. The capabilities statement shall include:

•               The company’s specific technical skills to ensure successful requirement performance;

•               List work the company has performed or is performing in support of the same or similar requirements;

•               Detail the company’s capability to perform greater than 50% of the required efforts, if categorized as a small business;

•               Detail whether the company has managed a task of this nature before; and

•               Detail whether the company has managed a team of subcontractors, and if so, how many
