The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide as-needed pumping and waste disposal services for campground vault toilets, holding tanks, and septic tanks in the East Zone of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin. - Government Buyer: - USDA Forest Service, Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest - Administered by USDA-FS CSA East 7, Atlanta, GA - Scope of Services: - Pumping and disposal of waste from approximately 137 vault toilets, 4 holding tanks, and 18 septic tanks - Services are on-call and must be performed within 5 business days of request (some standards require within 2 days) - Includes trash/garbage collection and site cleanliness after pumping - Compliance with Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources regulations is mandatory - Facilities are divided into two service zones (Zone 1 North, Zone 2 South) - Estimated 125 pumping requests annually, with quantities for specific service calls ranging from 9 to 40 per item - Unique Requirements: - Set aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) - Contractor must implement a Quality Control Plan and is subject to government quality assurance surveillance - Performance standards include timeliness and cleanliness - Pricing required for all line items and compliance with the Statement of Work - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or equipment manufacturers are named; this is a service-based procurement - Locations: - Work performed at Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest (East Zone), including Eagle River/Florence and Lakewood/Laona Ranger Districts, covering Vilas, Oneida, Forest, Florence, Oconto, and Langlade Counties - Contracting office located in Atlanta, GA
