NAVFAC Atlantic and Pacific are seeking qualified small businesses for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide multi-discipline architect-engineer services for secured facilities worldwide. - Government Buyer: - Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Atlantic and Pacific - Contracting office located at 6506 Hampton Blvd, Norfolk, VA - Scope of Services: - Design, renovation, repair, and new construction of facilities with secured spaces - Services include: design plans, site investigations, studies, technical reviews, cost estimates, and post-construction award services - Compliance with ICD/ICS 705 standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) - Support for facility accreditation and coordination across multiple technical disciplines - Contract Details: - IDIQ contract with a base year plus four one-year options (up to five years total) - Maximum contract value of $490 million - Targeted at SBA-certified small businesses (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB) - Unique Requirements: - Expertise in secured facility design and compliance with federal security standards - Ability to support projects across NAVFAC Atlantic and Pacific Areas of Responsibility and worldwide - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product line items are identified; the focus is on professional services.

Description

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for design and engineering services for Secured Facilities Engineering Services located throughout the Naval Facilities Engineering Command area of operations.

Projects will primarily be in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic and Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR), and worldwide.
