The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, under the Department of State, is seeking a qualified event production company for its 250th Independence Day Celebration. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Embassy Mexico City (Department of State) - Services Requested: - Full event production, including: - Audio setup - Lighting setup - Pipe and drape installation - Video camera setup - Production, development, organization, and logistics management for the event - Location: - New Embassy Compound (NEC) Facilities, Mexico City - Requirements: - Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at proposal submission - A site visit will be scheduled (details to follow) - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are identified in the notice - Solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov when available

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.  The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when it is available.

The U.S. Embassy requires a professional event production company to produce, develop, organize and manage the logistics for Audio, Lighting, Pipe and Drape, and Video Camera setup for the Independence Day Celebration which will be celebrated on June 23, 2026 in the New Embassy Compound (NEC) Facilities in Mexico City.  

The Government is planning a Site Visit; the date and location for this visit will be stated once the solicitation be launched.

Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to proposal submission.
