Description
The Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel (OGC) is soliciting proposals from previously qualified law firms in the Bond Counsel Pool to provide Bond Counsel Services for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) related to rental housing financings. This is a requirements contract with negotiated compensation for a duration of 5 years. The solicitation includes a Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goal of 23%, which firms can meet by partnering with either an SDB or a VBE.
