This solicitation is for the construction of two new buildings for Bell County: a 6,750 square-foot, one-story Engineer’s Office featuring a wood-frame, slab-on-grade structure with a standing-seam metal roof and brick, stone, and metal panel exterior; and a 3,070 square-foot, one-story Radio Shop, which is a pre-engineered metal building with a standing-seam metal roof and metal panel exterior. The Radio Shop will be used for reprogramming vehicle radios. The project includes detailed architectural specifications, drawings, and compliance certificates.
