Summit County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the design and renovation construction services to modernize the existing Water Quality Laboratory at the Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Proposals must be submitted electronically or by sealed hardcopy by 2:00 pm MST on April 2, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets the county's requirements and public interest.
