The St. Lawrence Parks Commission, an agency of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Gaming, is seeking a vendor to provide food and beverage services at three venues within Fort Henry National Historic Site in Kingston, Ontario. The venues include The Soldiers Canteen offering light fare, The Garrison Restaurant with full sit-down meals, and The Great Hall for private events. The contract starts April 1, 2027, with an optional site meeting on April 8, 2026. The service will cater to approximately 100,000 visitors annually and support 50-70 private events mainly on weekends from April to October and December.
