The City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation, operating as HomeEd, is soliciting proposals from qualified demolition contractors for the complete demolition and site restoration of the Brightstar apartment building located at 10021 – 62 Street, Edmonton, Alberta. The scope includes hazardous materials assessment and abatement, permits, utility disconnection verification, full structural demolition, removal of foundations and infrastructure, debris removal, engineered backfill, compaction testing, final grading, sod installation, fencing, and all related environmental protection and safety requirements.
