Delivery Point: FOB Destination Delivery: 180 Days After Date of Contract, or Better Estimated Date of Solicitation Release: 07 April 2026 SAM Notice: To be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically; therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
