The Municipal District of St. Stephen is seeking proposals for the supply of new pickup trucks to support municipal operations. - Government Buyer: - Municipal District of St. Stephen, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Mr. Jeff Renaud - Requested Vehicles: - One (1) 2026 1/4-ton 4WD access cab truck - Minimum 2.4L engine, 8-speed automatic transmission, heavy-duty suspension and brakes, power steering, HD cloth seats, air conditioning, power windows, white paint, 6ft box, 6500 lbs towing capacity, minimum 1230 lbs payload - Two (2) 2026 3/4-ton HD 4x4 heavy-duty regular cab, long-wheelbase, plow-compatible trucks - Minimum 10,000 lb GVW, 350 CI / 6.6L engine, 10-speed automatic transmission, heavy-duty suspension and brakes, power steering, HD cloth bench seats, air conditioning, power windows, white paint, plow compatibility (Fisher minute mount plow push plates), HD 86" blade with trip springs, LED top light, back rack, tool box, spray-in liner, 7,500 lb capacity axles - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; all major pickup truck manufacturers are eligible if specifications are met - Unique Requirements: - Bids for each vehicle type (1/4-ton and 3/4-ton) must be submitted separately and will be evaluated/awarded independently - Vehicles must meet or exceed all detailed technical specifications - Delivery is FOB to the Municipal District Works Garage in St. Stephen, NB - Proposals must be submitted in hard copy - Warranty periods apply as specified, commencing upon municipal acceptance - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Municipal District of St. Stephen Works Garage, 199 Union St., St. Stephen, NB - Municipal District of St. Stephen, 22 Budd Avenue, St. Stephen, NB E3L 1E9

Description

The Municipal District of St. Stephen is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to supply one new 2026 1/4-ton 4WD access cab truck and two new 2026 3/4-ton HD 4x4 heavy-duty regular cab, long-wheelbase, plow-compatible trucks. Although issued under one tender document, bids for the 1/4-ton and 3/4-ton vehicles will be evaluated and awarded separately. Proponents may submit bids for either or both vehicle types, with each bid submitted as a separate proposal identified by MDSS26-01A or MDSS26-01B. The award may be made to the same or different proponents for each vehicle type. Bids must be submitted in hard copy by April 14, 2026, to the Municipal District of St. Stephen.
