The Town of Chatham Water and Sewer Division is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for fire protection subcontractor prequalification for the Wells 5 & 8 Water Treatment Plant Project. The project involves constructing a 1.44 MGD water treatment plant within a 7,000 sq. ft. masonry building, including filtration, process piping, chemical feed systems, excavation, site utilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and instrumentation. This is the first phase of a two-phase bidding process, requiring DCAMM certification for Fire Protection.
