Description

Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor for the replacement of the fan coil units at the Juvenile Justice Center located at 9701 Portal Road, La Vista, NE. The project includes pre-balancing existing fan coil units, removal and installation of new fan coil units, replacement of two chilled water pumps and four VFDs, modifications to outside air intake, relief damper, plumbing vent termination, and rebalancing of airside and hydronic systems. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for contractors wishing to submit a bid, and the project must reach final completion by December 18, 2026.
