Chesapeake Public Schools is seeking qualified vendors to provide a full range of audiological services for its students and staff. - Government Buyer: - Chesapeake Public Schools Purchasing Department - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products and Services Requested: - Audiological services including: - Hearing screening - Comprehensive audiological evaluations - Tympanometry - Auditory Processing Disorders (APD) evaluation and summary - Assistive Listening Device (ALD) consultation - Real ear measurement (REM) - Earmolds - Electroacoustic analysis of hearing aids and ALDs - Minor on-site repairs - Otoacoustic emissions testing - Telephone consultation and record review - Provision of non-rechargeable and rechargeable batteries - Repairs, warranties, shipping and handling - Supply of ALD equipment, hearing aids, receivers, transmitters - Travel costs and other related services - Products include batteries (rechargeable and non-rechargeable), earmolds, and ALD equipment - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be able to provide the full suite of audiological diagnostics, evaluations, and support services - Electronic submission of proposals is required via the OpenGov platform - Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is mandatory - Proprietary information must be clearly marked - Contract may be extended beyond the initial term - Place of Performance: - Services to be performed within Chesapeake Public Schools, Chesapeake, VA
