This opportunity seeks qualified contractors to provide scheduled and unscheduled cleaning services for wastewater infrastructure under the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP). - Government Buyer: - New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) - Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP) - Franklin Wastewater Treatment Plant - Scope of Work: - Semi-annual cleaning of inverted siphon chambers, stormwater catch basins, septage receiving tanks, and influent channels at the Winnisquam Pump Station (Laconia) and Franklin Wastewater Treatment Plant - One-time cleaning of ten catch basins at the Franklin Wastewater Treatment Facility - Grit removal from raw and degritted septage tanks - Cleaning of dual influent channels and inverted siphons (including pressure washing and flushing) - Unscheduled/as-needed cleaning services with vactor truck and two-person crew, billed at regular and overtime rates - Products/Services Requested: - No specific OEMs or part numbers; services require contractor-provided labor, vactor trucks, and cleaning equipment - All materials, equipment, and disposal of removed material handled per WRBP/NHDES protocols - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with OSHA confined space entry and all local, state, and federal safety regulations - Contractor must provide at least three references for similar work - WRBP staff will accompany contractor during work; all removed material to be deposited at Franklin facility - Locations: - Franklin Wastewater Treatment Plant (528 River St., Franklin, NH 03235) - Winnisquam Pump Station (202 Water Street, Laconia, NH) - Additional sites in Franklin and Belmont, NH (including under Winnipesaukee and Tioga Rivers) - Contract Structure: - Multi-year contract (FY27–FY29) with scheduled and contingency funds for unscheduled services - Hourly rates for regular and overtime work - Open Competition: - No OEMs or incumbent vendors specified; open to all qualified service providers with relevant experience

The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) is soliciting proposals for siphon cleaning services at the Winnipesaukee River Basin. The work includes cleaning inverted siphon chambers, stormwater catch basins, septage receiving tanks, and influent channels at the Winnisquam Pump Station in Laconia, NH.
