This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation:  QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED.

This solicitation number is 70B03C26Q00000088.  This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
