The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking information from industry for a potential five-year service maintenance contract for its IP-based CCTV system at USCG Sector Delaware Bay in Philadelphia, PA. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard (USCG), Headquarters Acquisition Directorate, Office of Contract Support - USCG Sector Delaware Bay - OEMs and Vendors: - Bosch (manufacturer of CCTV cameras) - Exacq (manufacturer of Vision server software) - Products/Services Requested: - Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for 44 Bosch CCTV cameras and associated infrastructure - Monthly maintenance by qualified technicians (12 visits per year) - Quick Response Support (QRS): technical assistance within 4 hours, on-site support within 24 hours - Exacq Vision server software license updates for 44 cameras and 2 servers - All labor, materials, and equipment for maintenance and repair - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide rapid response support for operational issues - Maintenance must follow equipment manuals and include cleaning, repair, inspection, lubrication, and operational verification - All work must be scheduled and approved by the Unit CSO - Firm-Fixed-Price contract anticipated, with a five-year period and possible six-month extension

Requirement Description: This is a Request for Information (RFI), NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFI will be utilized for market research purposes ONLY, in order to assist with the planning and potential procurement of a contract for USCG SECTOR DELAWARE BAY.

The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Responses to these notices are not offers and cannot/will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.

Draft Scope: IAW attached Draft SOW

Performance Locations: • USCG SECTOR DELAWARE BAY

Purpose: The purpose of this notice is to conduct additional market research for a known agency requirement. The Government has completed its initial market research based on the responses to our first RFI regarding this requirement. That feedback provided invaluable support in shaping our proposed acquisition strategy. Market research is a crucial step to ensure the resulting contract is effective, efficient, and structured for robust competition.

The information gathered will be used to refine the scope, structure, and terms of a potential future solicitation.

The Contracting Officer may host one-on-one meetings with any or all potential offerors who provide an adequate response to the RFI/SS, without further public notice.

NAICS Code: Tentative North American Industrial Classification System 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths).

 Please NOTE: this is a tentative NAICS Code and may be subject to change as a result of additional market research.

Anticipated Contract Type/Period of Performance: The Government anticipates awarding one (1) contract. The resultant contract will have a five-year schedule. The contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The solicitation may also include FAR 52.217-8, Options to Extend Services, for a potential six-month extension to the ordering period.
