Description

Catering Meals at Fort Barfoot, VA.  3,250 Breakfast, 3,250 Dinner Meals over a 13-day period in May, 2026. See SOW within DD Form 1449.

Offerors are advised to refer to the Statement of Work (SOW), paragraphs 2 and 4, which define the Government’s requirements. In summary:

Meals shall be delivered either:

In bulk (e.g., mermites or trays) apportioned by unit as identified (A, B, C, HHT, D CO IAW with SOW para c), or

As individually packaged meals (e.g., approximately 250 to-go trays)

Delivery will be made to designated buildings on Fort Barfoot (specific locations to be provided) and from there the Government will distribute meals to personnel. 

When providing bulk meals, the contractor shall furnish all required disposable service items (e.g., plates, utensils, cups, napkins. Reference para l of SOW)

The Government will not prescribe the contractor’s specific method of performance, provided the requirements of the SOW are met.

Vendors must have a valid NIST assessment completed to be considered for evaluation and award, in accordance with FAR provision 252.204-7019
