Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Cobaltous Acetylacetonate (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is vendor sole sourced to Omni Aerospace, Inc., 3130 W. Pawnee Wichita, KS 67213 as the only authorized reseller of the manufacturer (FAR Chemical) for this required component. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D550000/E550000-0174 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
