USMC MAWTS-1 Fixed-Wing Adversary Aircraft Support for WTI Course

The United States Marine Corps (USMC), through Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, is seeking contractor support for fixed-wing adversary aircraft operations during the spring Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course. - Scope of Work: - Provide Tac EZ fixed-wing adversary aircraft and pilots with MAWTS-1 experience - Deliver 10.9 hours of adversary aircraft support, including demonstration flights on specified WTI course dates - Services include all aircraft operating costs, pilot labor, travel, lodging, per diem, maintenance, fuel, servicing, ferrying, and insurance - Contractor must participate in mission briefings and debriefings, provide feedback and documentation, and replicate hostile force tactics safely - Compliance with FAA Part 91, MAWTS-1 course rules, and MCAS Yuma base access/security requirements is mandatory - Locations: - Primary place of performance is Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, including the Yuma Range Complex and VTSA hangar on KNYL - Contracting office is MCAGCC 29 Palms, California - No specific OEMs or aircraft manufacturers are named; "Tac EZ" is referenced as the required aircraft type - Unique Requirements: - Pilots must have prior MAWTS-1 experience - Security clearances and strict base access compliance are required - Contractor must provide two pages of documentation based on deliverables
