Description
The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) requires repair services for endoscopes used in the Operating Room. Services may include diagnostics, repair, replacement of parts as necessary, shipping, labor, and travel. While an endoscope is undergoing repair, the contractor shall provide a temporary loaner unit at no additional cost to the Government. The loaner equipment shall be returned upon completion of the repair services. All equipment covered under this requirement is located at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, parts, materials, tools, supplies, maintenance, ground transportation, and equipment services necessary to support and service all endoscopes covered under this requirement.
The contractor shall repair or replace all components required to restore the endoscopes to the original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
