The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to supply and install a Patient Elopement Alarm System at the Tulsa VA Medical Center, part of the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, Regional Procurement Office West - OEMs and Vendors: - Wanderguard Blue (OEM for alarm system components) - Jeron Provider 790 (OEM for nurse call system integration requirement) - Products/Services Requested: - 8 Wanderguard Blue wireless door monitors - 16 Wanderguard Blue nurse station annunciators - 50 Wanderguard Blue bracelets (durable, cut-resistant, IP67 or better water protection) - Installation of all components, including wiring and integration with Jeron Provider 790 nurse call system - Staff training on system operation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must monitor 8 doors across 4 floors and provide alerts at 16 nurse stations - Integration with existing Jeron Provider 790 nurse call system is mandatory - Installation and delivery must be coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer Representative - Equipment must be capable of upgrades (proximity awareness, auto-door locking, access keypads/badge readers) - Bracelets must be easily sterilizable and water-resistant - Installation and training required between May and August (duration specified, no exact dates) - Place of Performance: - Tulsa VA Medical Center, 440 S. Description

Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to supply and install an Elopement Alarm System to notify nursing staff of monitored patients leaving that are identified at elevated risk for elopement at the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to supply and install all components and to monitor 8 doors on 4 floors and 16 annunciating stations including wiring between all devices in accordance with this statement of work in a cost effective, efficient, and safe manner, while in accordance with the VA Mission.
