Description

The requirement is to provide OEM maintenance replacement parts and OEM-certified Eaton breaker service at U.S. Embassy Paramaribo. These supplies/services require OEM service of 18 Magnum DS Drawout Air Circuit Breaker, which is a proprietary Eaton system. This will allow the Office of Facility Management in Post Paramaribo to accomplish the correct preventive maintenance to critical electrical breakers.

Response Information: This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the requirements described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. Responses must be submitted in writing to the point of contact listed below and must be received no later April 15, 2026, 16:00 PM Paramaribo Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
