Description

The intended audience for this RFI is GSA OASIS+ SB awardees, not specific to a particular domain or NAICS. The AFLCMC/AZS EPASS office (at both Hanscom and WP locations) is requesting feedback from industry on the CPAR evaluation subfactor criterion typically used in EPASS Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests (FOPRs).
