The United States Naval Academy (USNA) Department of Waterfront Readiness (WFR) Small Craft Repair Facility (SCRD) Division is issuing this requirement to complete berthing mattresses manufacturing on USNA 676 and 703 Class YP craft. These mattresses will be used to replace exiting mattresses that have surpassed service expectancy.
