Description
The 18th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for non-personal services for the comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance (CATM) range facility located at Kadena Air Base.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and necessary for the cleaning services at the 18th SFS, Combat Arms Firing Range at bldg. 964 at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Contractor will perform all required work in a manner that will provide a fully functional firing range environment with operable systems. This cleaning service will provide dirt and lead free environment and present a satisfactory condition of the firing range areas, and ventilation system in accordance with this Performance-based Work Statement (PWS) and its appendices. A Solicitation will be posted at the end of this week (3 April 2026), with the SF1449 - Solicitation Form and the PWS.
